WHAT A SUMMER FOR OUR NATIONAL TEAM!
The US Rowing Team brought home 8 medals and the overall championship of the World Cup III in Lucerne. And now another 8 medals from the World Championships in Korea!
We sent a full rowing team to Chungju and entered 27 events. And the results were nothing short of impressive. Fifteen crews competed in the ” A” finals, the best showing in years. And we came away with8 medals: 2 golds, 2 silvers, and 4 bronzes. Nine crews made it to Cialis the “B” finals, a sign of our strength to come.
All in all a great start in the new Olympic Quadrennial and the “Road to Rio”.
